  I have lived in timberidge apartments for 2 years and they keep raising rent prices and its not worth that price. They take forever to fix things up and they send out someone to fix the issue and then they come out and try to fix the problem but when the worker leaves the problem was not resolved. There washer and dryers are awful never cleaned out and you pay at least 6 dollars for the washer and 6 for the dryer as well not worth it, and then they want you to pay rent that is thousand dollars plus. Get real! You are better off renting a house than living here. The hallways smell like weed and people are not friendly they jump up stairs and spit when they are on their balcony like eww. The pool is green because they don't take care of it. The hallways are always dark so good luck not getting robbed or hurt going up or down the stairs. They say no pets allowed but there are dogs and cats and whatever. They don't take care of the snow until it stops snowing so if the snow continues for 3 days I hope you like to be snowed in till they decide to plow, because you will get stuck. The office people like to party to much instead of cleaning up the place and upgrading things. This is an awful place to be. I would recommend renting a house than living here.

  the apartment is decent, but what im writing about is how much there isnt to do here, especially since kids live here too, and the amount of space there is here. There is a big field and a square concrete area that isnt used and could be if the office invested in playgrounds or basketball hoops. Instead, my kids have fun indoors and we get complaints. Not a very good place to live in considering the overpriced rent
